VW Golf 5 R32 -> Turbo - 523hp

This project aimed to keep the car in ideal conditions for the street use and improve the performance (engine, box, suspension, brakes).
So, on the engine side, we made the conversion from N / A to Turbo. We have kept all the ORIGINAL internal components (pistons, connecting rods, camshafts) of the original BUB type engine with 250hp.
The following improvements and modifications have been made:

- Turbosystems HTX40 T4 turbine
- Turboworks T4 Exhaust Gallery
- Wastegate Turbosmart 38mm
- Bosch 990cc injectors
- NGK Iridium 7 spark plugs
- Blow off TIAL
- Inox 76mm custom exhaust path
- Milltek final muffin
- Turboworks Intake Manifold
- FMIC same-side Turboworks
- Custom intake path 63mm
- K&N air filter
- Intake 90mm
- Lambda Wideband LSU 4.9
- EGT sensor
- DW fuel pump
- Engine software by Carsx
- Gearbox DQ250 CXX software by Carsx
Maintenance:
- Complete Timing kit
- Bearings Kit
- Complete set of gaskets
- Motul 300V 15w50 Oil
- DSG Oil & filer
Given the increased engine performance, we decided that it was important to remake and modify the braking system. We opted for a Brembo braking system:
- Front caliper: Brembo 6 piston
- Rear caliper: stock
- Brembo 350mm front discs
- Brembo Rear Discs
- Brake front plates: Brembo
- Rear brake pads: Brembo
- Brake fluid ATE
Power: XXX hp / XXX nm
